What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at Professional First Line Answering Service?
**RELIABLE 2nd Shift Call Center Rep Needed**
We are a small, family owned answering service seeking a qualified, experienced, RELIABLE rep to come join us and grow with our team. You would be responsible for answering a HIGH volume of incoming calls for various businesses. MUST be able to type, work independently , have attention for detail, and have AT LEAST 2 years customer service/call center experience. We do NOT offer benefits. We offer a laid back, casual environment. Paid training, and paid vacation. I am currently hiring for 2ND SHIFT HOURS, primarily 3pm-8pm & 3pm-11pm. MUST be flexible.
