We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. The Assembler will be responsible for building complex mechanical components and finished products according to technical drawings, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role requires proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments, as well as a strong commitment to quality and safety.
salary: $16.5 - $18 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Assemble products, components, or sub-assemblies efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to tight tolerances and quality standards.
Interpret and follow engineering blueprints, schematics, circuit diagrams (if applicable), and verbal instructions.
Utilize various hand and power tools (e.g., wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers) and specialized fixtures/jigs to assemble units.
Install components such as motors, gears, bearings, electrical harnesses, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
