Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Excellence: Review and process client requests (checks, withdrawals, account maintenance) for accuracy and adherence to SEC guidelines.
Problem Solving: Research complex processing issues and partner with internal associates to ensure timely resolution.
Client Communication: Conduct outbound calls and draft professional correspondence to clarify invalid or incomplete paperwork.
Qualifications:
Navigate Complexity: Independently research and process intricate requests across mutual fund and brokerage platforms using various internal systems and resources.
Solve Problems Logically: Own and resolve stakeholder inquiries by applying a systematic approach to troubleshooting and providing viable alternative solutions.
