What to expect in this role:
- Lead the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of critical industrial production machinery, fabrication equipment, and welding systems.
- Implement and sustain a robust Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to drive facility efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control issues using blueprints and precision testing tools.
- Install and repair facility electrical systems (conduit, wiring, motors) and manage general building upkeep and material sourcing.
- Manage the installation, precise leveling, alignment, and functional testing of new production machinery.
- Set up and operate machine tools to fabricate custom parts and perform incidental welding/metalwork for repairs.
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
