Responsibilities
- PR/PO Management: Review incoming Purchase Requisitions (PR) for accuracy and compliance; generate and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to vendors.
- Workflow Oversight: Manage the central procurement mailbox, serving as the primary point of contact for all purchasing inquiries.
- Vendor Liaison: Proactively communicate with vendors to confirm PO receipt, track delivery timelines, and ensure timely submission of invoices.
- Accounts Payable Integration: Process and code bills accurately within Bill.com, ensuring 3-way matching between the PO, receiving report, and invoice.
- Audit Readiness: Maintain organized digital records of all procurement transactions and correspondence.
- Managerial Support: Act as the primary backup for the Procurement Manager; assist with special projects, spend analysis, or contract renewals as needed.
