Responsibilities
Recruiting & Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and select qualified temporary staff to meet the diverse and fast-paced needs of multiple client sites.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for client managers, building strong relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring high satisfaction with our service delivery.
Supportive Onboarding: Guide new temporary staff through a comprehensive and seamless onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to excel in their roles from day one.
Coaching and Motivation: Provide ongoing support, motivation, and constructive feedback to empower temporary staff to reach their full potential and exceed performance expectations.
Attendance Management: Monitor attendance and punctuality across assigned locations, implementing effective strategies to address any issues and ensure consistent adherence to schedules.
Performance Enhancement: Collaborate with temporary staff and client managers to conduct job observations, identify areas for improvement, and develop performance improvement plans as needed, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruiting, performance-related activities, and client interactions, providing insightful reports to management.
