Location: HYBRID Fort Worth, Texas, USA.
🎯 Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Lead will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the team. This role focuses on being a lead to the team. The Lead is responsible for assisting recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and managers throughout the entire recruiting process. A critical emphasis is placed on executing and ensuring quality within the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships, working closely with the Manager to guarantee all client requirements are successfully met. This role MUST have experience as a Talent Acquisition in supporting: design, manufacturing, hardware platform, and supply chain solutions for complex electronic products.

- Act as a mentor, motivator, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned account team.
- Achieve results through the combined effort of the team, adhering to organizational structures and centralized functional activities.
- Help meet established schedules and resolve technical or operational problems.
- Provide support and collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
- Assist with recruitment process compliance and system administration.
- Assess and audit quality of work against established metrics, goals, and expected performance levels for all team members; provide necessary feedback and coaching in partnership with the Manager.
⚙️ What You Need to Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- 2 years of client stakeholder management experience.
- 2 years of proven experience and subject matter expert industries: engineering, manufacturing for hardware, operations, IT, supply chain and complex electronic products.
- Global team and client collaboration experience preferred.
- Strong customer focus and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory, and/or business data.
- Track record of high achievement.
- Demonstrated success working effectively on teams.
- Experience describing and documenting specific requirements.
- Ability to take direction and successfully execute a plan.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong concern for quality, continually initiating system and process improvements.
- Knowledge of applicable compliance regulations.
- Proficient with the Google environment (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
This is a contract position with an hourly rate of: 37.00 per hour.
