We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team and serve as the final line of defense in our production process.
The RoleAs a Quality Control Specialist, you won’t just be "checking boxes." You will be responsible for ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets our rigorous safety, taste, and aesthetic standards. You’ll work closely with the production team to identify improvements and maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
salary: $18 - $23 per hourshift: First
work hours: 4 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Inspections: Conduct daily sensory, physical, and chemical evaluations of raw materials and finished goods.
Compliance: Monitor and document adherence to HACCP, SQF, and FDA guidelines (or relevant local standards).
Testing: Perform pH testing, moisture analysis, and temperature checks throughout the production cycle.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of batch records, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
Sanitation Oversight: Verify that all equipment and production areas meet strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.
Continuous Improvement: Identify trends in production defects and suggest process adjustments to reduce waste.
