Are you a self-motivated mechanical engineer who excels at on-site problem-solving? We are seeking an Aftermarket Field Service Engineer to handle the repair, service, and commissioning of our industrial equipment. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter with a mechanical background and excellent troubleshooting skills. Requirements:
- Mandatory: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Several years of experience in mechanical repair of industrial equipment.
- Exceptional on-the-job problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively countywide in the US (1-2 day overnight stays).
- Must be able to travel internationally to Canada, Central, and South America.
- A Technical Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities
The position will include traveling countywide in the US, which will regularly entail overnight stays of 1 or 2 days.
Occasions may arise when the engineer will be asked to attend our customers outside the US– primarily in Canada and Central and South America. Therefore the engineer will be required to make visits abroad, possibly staying more than one night out of the US.
The position entails going to customers’ premises to start-up, repair and service equipment, but is not limited to this function. It is also the intention to start to offer regular service contracts with our customers, so there will be some commercial awareness required, as there will be direct contact and negotiations with the customers.
Responsible for developing, expanding and achieving new service contracts with customers who have called for an on-site repair. Highly motivated self-starter with a good mechanical engineering background, any face-to-face commercial dealings with customers an advantage but not essential.
