Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our full-cycle AP process and help maintain strong relationships with our valued vendors. n this position, you will be the backbone of our financial operations. You’ll be responsible for accurately processing a high volume of invoices, performing three-way matching, and ensuring all payments are executed via ACH, wire, or check on a strict schedule. Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Receive, verify, and enter a high volume of vendor invoices into the accounting system with accuracy.

• Three-Way Matching: Perform "three-way matching" by comparing the purchase order (PO), receiving report, and vendor invoice to identify discrepancies.

• Payment Cycles: Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH transfers, and wire payments.

• Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, resolve billing disputes, and maintain up-to-date vendor files (including W-9 forms).

• Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company travel and entertainment policies.

• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly vendor statements and investigate any past-due balances or missing credits.

• Month-End Support: Assist the finance team with month-end closing tasks, such as accruing for unpaid expenses and preparing AP aging reports.

• Compliance & Filing: Maintain digital and physical financial records in accordance with company policy and tax regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.

• Technical Proficiency: strong experience with ERP softwares and excel
