Accountant

We’re looking for a sharp, organized person to join our clients finance crew as an Accountant. You'll be the one keeping their money straight—making sure bills get paid, and all the numbers line up perfectly in their books every month. Essentially, you'll be the reliable backbone of our financial reporting, making sure the team has accurate, real-time info to make smart business moves. If you're great with details and love seeing everything balanced, this is your gig!

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare and post journal entries, and perform monthly ledger reconciliations.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports (e.g., balance sheet, income statement).

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Support audit preparation and various internal reporting requests.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and established accounting procedures.
