Operations: Review time/attendance, enforce plant rules, and manage workflows to hit production targets.
Logistics: Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to prioritize backorders and streamline output.
Experience: 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a production or factory environment.
Skills: Must be fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).

Availability: Must work 2nd shift; occasional Saturdays required.
