What You'll Do:
As our Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be essential to creating a smooth and positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
- Routing calls to the appropriate team members
- Gathering and accurately entering patient information
- Scheduling patient appointments efficiently
- Conducting insurance verifications
- Troubleshooting patient concerns and resolving issues
- Documenting calls and maintaining accurate records
- Following communication protocols and best practices
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
- Proficiency with computers and data entry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
