What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Randolph Elementary School?
Randolph Elementary is looking for a dynamic, flexible individual to join our front office staff. This is a team position with another administrative assistants in our office, so there are great supports for this role. The position includes many typical office duties such as filing, scheduling, and creative opportunities for creating fliers/posters. The position is also approximately 40% student facing, with helping to support lunch coverage, release coverage, and a small amount of time supporting behavior needs in the building. In addition to school year days, there are also approximately 20 flexible summer days that can add to the role. The position requires good communication skills, as the admin assistant is often the face of our school. Come and join our team!
