What you’ll do
- Operate and program CNC Integrex multi-tasking equipment to produce precision components.
- Execute live-tooling lathe operations and blend milling/turning in single-setup runs.
- Translate prints and written instructions into efficient programs and robust setups.
- Maintain tight aerospace tolerances while improving throughput and quality.
Required background
- Experience with Mazak Integrex or equivalent mill/turn platforms.
- Proficiency in G-code and Mazatrol.
- Demonstrated programming and setup from engineering drawings and procedures.
- Live-tooling CNC lathe operation.
- Blueprint literacy and strong organizational habits.
- Comfort machining diverse materials, including plastics.
- History of producing close-tolerance aerospace parts.
Preferred extras
- Independently handling complex setups.
- Tool selection, workholding design/selection, programming, and operation sequencing for new work.
- Advanced troubleshooting skill set.
- Experience running CMM programs and staging jobs for inspection.
- Programming experience with G-code, Mazatrol, or Mastercam.
- Multi-axis machining with complex offset management.
- 10 years in tight-tolerance machining (aerospace preferred).
- Wide material and machine-type versatility.
- CNC machining training or certification.
