We're looking for a customer-focused IT Technician to join our team at The Brook. In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, networks, and business systems while helping employees stay connected, productive, and successful. What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues
- Provide remote and in-person support to end users
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment
- Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and hardware deployment
- Manage Active Directory accounts, password resets, and user access
- Document support requests, resolutions, and IT assets accurately
- Help maintain reliable day-to-day technology operations across the organization
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, remote support tools, and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- CompTIA A , Network , or similar certifications preferred
