Maintenace Tech

Hands on maintenance person with building management background.
Mainly responsible fir Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO).Ensures the optimal functioning, safety, and efficiency of building systems and facility infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, and service facility equipment and building fixtures.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and tenant/occupant work orders.
Maintain inventory logs for tools, equipment, and repair supplies.
Ensure compliance with building safety standards, local codes, and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (technical/vocational certification preferred).
Proven experience in general facility or building maintenance.
Basic proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
