Responsibilities:
- Perform general apartment turnover tasks, including painting and cleaning.
- Conduct routine mechanical maintenance.
- Handle light plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Inspect and maintain HVAC systems.
- Perform carpentry work, including repairs and minor installations.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances.
- Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance issues.
- Ensure safety and compliance with property maintenance regulations.
- Collaborate with property management and tenants to address maintenance concerns.
- Participate in on-call rotations for emergency maintenance needs.
