We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s passionate about fashion, social media, and storytelling to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing brand moments to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation
- Assist in ideating, planning, and executing content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Capture, edit, and produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Reels that highlights product stories, events, and lifestyle moments.
- Brainstorm and execute on-trend concepts that align with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives. Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all social channels.
- Reporting & Analysis Track performance metrics for campaigns, influencer posts, and social content. Compile insights to help guide future strategies.
Influencer & Community Engagement
- Support influencer outreach, gifting, and content tracking.
- Engage with community and influencer posts to build brand visibility and loyalty.
- Help identify new creators and potential brand partners aligned with Ramy Brook’s aesthetic.
Retail Support
- Plan and execute monthly in-store events and activations, from concept development to on-site coordination and post-event recaps.
- Collaborate with retail, visual merchandising, and PR teams to bring brand campaigns to life through immersive experiences.
- Manage event timelines, vendor communication, creative assets, and materials to ensure cohesive, on-brand execution.
- Capture and share real-time content during events for social media and internal storytelling.
- Support setup, staffing, and guest engagement to ensure a seamless and elevated brand experience.
Internship Coordination
- Help manage and mentor marketing interns, delegating tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Support cross-functional communication with PR, e-commerce, and retail teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or PR (internship experience considered).
- Proficiency in Canva, video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush), and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools for creator platforms such as LTK and ShopMy
- Strong sense of visual style, attention to detail, and understanding of fashion trends.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Flexible, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Comfort with participating within brand social media content
