At RamRod Staffing, we are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position combines the vital functions of talent acquisition with front-desk responsibilities, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, clients, and visitors alike. - Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Pay Rate: $19.00HR - $21.00HR

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, candidates, and clients with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, forward incoming calls, taking messages when necessary. handle general administrative tasks at the reception desk.
- Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule interview appointments, and organize meetings for staff members.
- Perform various clerical tasks, including sorting mail, making copies, maintaining office supplies, helping out visitors with applications.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications in alignment with job requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, employee evaluations, and ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations.
- Support onboarding processes including employee orientation and training & development initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers through effective communication skills and consultative recruiting strategies.
- Proven experience in recruiting or receptionist.
- Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, Microsoft, WordDoc, and payroll systems like Coats, Timerack, and Uattend.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance in all hiring practices
- Excellent research abilities for talent sourcing and lead generation efforts
- Effective relationship management skills to foster long-term connections with candidates and internal teams
- Ability to handle employee relations issues professionally while maintaining confidentiality strong communication skills for conducting interviews, presenting company information, payroll, and injury reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must be able to work over-time if necessary
- Must be bilingual.
- Must have experience as a recruiter/receptionist.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and employees.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Must demonstrate expertise in sourcing, candidate assessment, communication, and relationship management.
