Special Requirements:
- Perform the application and recording of chemical applications on the Club grounds in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Supervise the safe use and maintenance of the golf course mechanical equipment by golf course crew
- Supervise and control all expenses associated with Golf Course Operations.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Maintains the golf course at the highest quality possible at all times with an emphasis on positive communication with members and guests.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Bent/Poa greens, Bentgrass tees and fairways and Toro irrigation system.
- Self-starter, “hands on” professional in the Mid-Atlantic climate.
- Possess or be able to obtain a NJ Pesticide Applicator’s License.
- “Can do” attitude is a must!
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year College Agronomy Degree or Certificate. 4 Years Preferred.
- Minimum of at least 3 years as an assistant golf course superintendent.
- 3 - 5 years in Golf Course Maintenance industry.
