Responsibilities
Job Description
- Lead all day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain productivity, quality, and schedule
- Develop, manage, and update project schedules and short‑term look‑ahead plans
- Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, building codes, and company standards
- Maintain a strong on‑site presence to monitor workmanship, sequencing, and overall jobsite organization
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve field issues
- Conduct daily site meetings, safety talks, and progress reviews
- Review and assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation using construction management software
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to high quality expectations
