Duties & Responsibilities:
- To follow policies and schedules for the operation in the kitchen facility.
- To assist in looking for new and profitable ways to better serve the guests.
- To assist in ensuring the cleanliness of the facility is of the highest priority, making sure that the reputation of the service is maintained at all times.
- To help in the coordination of all events and activities with the operating departments of the Golf Course in order to provide the best possible service to the guests
- Following standardized recipes set forth by management.
- Ensure any customer complaints are handled efficiently and tactfully.
- At all times, present a favorable image.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Culinary School Degree preferred.
- 2 Years experience in restaurant and banquet arenas
- Must be neat and present a professional appearance at all times.
- Must have excellent communication skills.

Salary : $17 - $22
