We’re looking for a hands-on Construction & Facilities Project Manager to run day- to-day maintenance and oversee renovations, residential flips, tenant build-outs, and
property improvements across our real estate portfolio which consists of over 1 million square feet. This is not a desk-only role. You’ll be in the field regularly—walking properties,
meeting contractors, checking work quality, and keeping jobs moving. You’ll manage multiple maintenance technicians and coordinate outside vendors and contractors
when needed. If you’ve run jobs in the real world, know how buildings actually work, and take pride in getting things done right, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintenance & Field Operations
Lead and direct multiple in-house maintenance technicians
Prioritize daily work orders and ongoing repairs
Decide what work is handled in-house vs outsourced
Perform site walks to identify issues before they become problems
Keep properties safe, functional, and presentable
Ensure work meets quality, safety, and code standards
Renovations, Flips & Build-Outs
Run residential renovations and flips from start to finish
Manage tenant improvements and build-outs
Scope work, build budgets, and set schedules
Get bids, hire contractors, and manage them on-site
Review change orders and control costs
Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and close-out
Make sure jobs finish clean, complete, and on time
Owner-Side Responsibility
Be the go-to person for maintenance and projects
Track costs and schedules and flag issues early
Communicate clearly with ownership—no surprises
Keep documentation, permits, warranties, and records organized
What We’re Looking For
7 years experience in construction, facilities, or project management
Strong, practical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing,
roofing)
Experience managing contractors and in-house trades
Comfortable reading plans, scopes, and specs
Not afraid to get on-site, ask questions, and hold people accountable
Organized, decisive, and solution-oriented
Reliable communicator who follows through
Nice to Have
Multifamily or mixed-use property experience
Residential renovation / flip experience
Tenant improvement / build-out experience
Commercial construction experience
Owner’s rep or owner-side background
Compensation & Benefits

Performance-based bonus

Paid time off
Mileage or vehicle allowance (if applicable)
Long-term role with room to grow as the portfolio expands
Why This Role
In-house position with real authority
No bouncing from job to job
You’ll see the results of your work every day
Direct impact on property condition and value
Stable, long-term opportunity
Good Fit / Not a Fit
Good fit if you:
Like being in the field
Know how to run jobs and people
Care about quality and accountability
Not a fit if you:
Only want to manage from a desk
Prefer strictly GC or consultant work
Avoid day-to-day operational responsibility
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
