Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
- Serve food and beverages with a friendly and professional attitude, attending to guest needs promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, counters, and serving stations
- Monitor food levels throughout service hours, refilling items as needed to ensure a continuous flow of offerings
- Follow strict food handling and safety procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruits, assembling breakfast items, or setting up catering services
Experience
- Prior experience hotel breakfast service is highly desirable
- Background in food service or catering roles demonstrates strong customer service skills and familiarity with food presentation
- Experience working in banquet settings is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards within the food industry ensures safe handling practices
- Previous roles as a dietary aide or in restaurant environments provide valuable insight into hospitality expectations
- Demonstrated ability to serve in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
