Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Set up breakfast areas, including arranging tables, linens, utensils, and condiments for optimal guest comfort
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast service area throughout your shift
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and provide friendly service
- Replenish food stations promptly to ensure a continuous flow of fresh offerings during busy hours
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and storage procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and catering needs for special events or banquets
Skills
- Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience serving guests in restaurants, catering events, or banquet settings
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling practices
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Understanding of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special dietary needs as a dietary aide or food industry professional
