We are seeking an experienced Polyurethane Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on polyurethane injection experience who can operate independently.

- Perform polyurethane foam injection for concrete lifting, leveling, and stabilization
- Operate polyurethane pumping equipment safely and efficiently
- Evaluate job sites and determine proper injection approach
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Maintain equipment and ensure job sites are clean and organized
- Complete projects with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience with polyurethane injections required experience with soil stabilization and deep injection methods preferred.
- Experience running or managing jobs without supervision
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
