Duration : 3-6 months (Temp-to-hire)
Job Description:
Join Us as a Technician and play a key role in delivering high-quality metal finishing and field services. This position is ideal for experienced technicians who can work independently while supporting small crews and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electropolishing, passivation, O₂ cleaning, mechanical polishing, and surface preparation.
- Achieve high-quality cosmetic and mirror finishes to customer specifications.
- Read basic blueprints and follow technical work instructions.
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Support and help coordinate small teams of technicians.
Qualifications:
- Freshers are Welcome!
- Experience in metal finishing, polishing, or related field services is a plus.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills.
