Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $72,000.00 - $145,000.00; including monthly 7% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts in accordance with the terms of pay plan; additional monthly 2% commission of individual gross profit on service and parts if the dealership’s monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed national average in accordance with terms of pay plan.

What You’ll Do

As our next Auto Service Advisor, you’ll be the pit crew chief — the go-to expert who ensures every customer leaves thrilled with their experience. You’ll:

• Guide customers through their service journey with precision, confidence, and genuine care.
• Diagnose and document vehicle issues with laser-sharp accuracy.
• Recommend winning solutions that keep vehicles (and customers) running strong.
• Be the bridge between our powerhouse technicians and loyal customers.

Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
