💰 Earning Potential: $72,000 - $145,000 per year
7% Monthly Commission on individual gross profit (Service, Detail, & Parts).
Bonus 2% Commission on individual gross profit when CSI scores beat the national average.

What You’ll Do (As Our Pit Crew Chief)
As a Service Advisor, you are the ultimate go-to expert and the bridge between our powerhouse technicians and our loyal guests. You will:
Guide the Journey: Lead customers through their service experience with precision, confidence, and genuine care.
Diagnose with Accuracy: Laser-sharp documentation of vehicle issues to ensure right-the-first-time service.
Recommend Winning Solutions: Present smart, value-driven solutions that keep both the vehicles and our customers running strong.
