Compensation: Commission $120,000-$210,000/year

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver first-class customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to maximize profitability
- Maintain a deep understanding of Subaru vehicles, promotions, and customer needs
- Collaborate with finance, service, and marketing departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Recruit and onboard top-tier sales talent
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the retail automotive sales process
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Results-driven, with a track record of exceeding goals
- Familiarity with CRM tools and dealership management systems (DMS)
- Passion for the Subaru brand and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
