AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT

Rairdon’s Honda of Burien and Rairdon’s Auto Outlet are currently looking to hire individuals for the sales team!
Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $40,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross and 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 15 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met, subject to terms of pay plan.
60-day guarantee of $3,500.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan! Continuous free training in sales and leadership. We have a promote-from-within culture. No automotive sales experience required! Huge potential for motivated individuals!

- Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers looking to purchase pre-owned vehicles
- Build rapport and qualify customer needs
- Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on inventory
- Follow up with leads and past customers
- Guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process with transparency and integrity
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
