Housekeeper - Job Description

Holiday Inn Express Lexington- North Georgetown is seeking dedicated and meticulous Housekeepers to join our team. In this vital role, you will directly contribute to an exceptional guest experience by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our guest rooms. Your commitment to a spotless environment and friendly service will be key to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently clean and service assigned guest rooms to meet and exceed hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Promptly and courteously respond to guest requests, following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked linen cart, adhering to departmental standards as well as IHG Standards of Clean.
• Ensure the security of all assigned equipment, keys, and supplies throughout your shift.
• Accurately report any lost and found items to your supervisor.
• Uphold a professional image at all times through impeccable appearance and adherence to dress code standards.

Qualifications:

• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining pristine environments.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

• Be incredibly friendly, customer centric, love to smile and have FUN in a team environment.

• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing/pulling for extended periods.

Job Details:

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Day shift, Weekend availability
• Supplemental Pay: Tips
• Work Location: In person
