Core Responsibilities
- PEP System Operations: Execute the official end-of-day system rollover via Hilton PEP, troubleshooting system alerts and ensuring proper system closeouts.
- Financial Auditing: Audit, balance, and verify all daily front desk cash flows, credit card transactions, and room revenue accounts against system records.
- Guest Service & Front Desk: Manage late-night check-ins, early departures, and handle overnight reservation inquiries with a warm, "Hamptonality" customer mindset.
- Reporting: Compile, organize, and distribute critical daily operational journals and financial summaries to hotel management.
- Overnight Safety: Maintain building security, monitor the property lobby and access points, and confidently handle any overnight emergencies following standard procedures.
- Morning Prep: Set up early coffee & assist with preparation for the breakfast shift.
- Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hotel front desk or auditing experience, with direct, functional proficiency using Hilton's PEP software.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong math skills, sharp analytical abilities, and high comfort levels balancing financial data spreadsheets.
- Reliability: Proven history of excellent attendance and punctuality, which is vital to solo overnight property coverage.
- Communication: Courteous and professional English communication skills to resolve guest concerns independently.
