We are looking for a welcoming and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team in Georgetown, KY. As the face of our hotel, you will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure every visitor experiences our signature "Hamptonality." Key Responsibilities

• Guest Registration: Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently while verifying billing information.
• Customer Service: Answer phone calls, take reservations, and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Shift Operations: Manage front desk cash drawers, process payments, and ensure accurate shift-end balancing.
• Brand Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area in compliance with Hilton standards.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
  
  

Qualifications

• Schedule: Flexible availability required, including weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
• Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• System Skills: Experience with Hilton’s PeP (Property Engagement Platform) or prior property management systems is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, a warm and friendly demeanor, and strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
