- Guest CheckIn & CheckOut — Process arrivals and departures, verify information, and issue room keys using the Hotelkey reservation system.
- Customer Service — Provide friendly, accurate information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Phone & Email Handling — Answer calls, respond to messages, and route inquiries appropriately.
- Reservation Management — Create, modify, and confirm bookings using the property’s reservation system.
- Payment Processing — Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Problem Resolution — Address guest concerns, escalate issues when needed, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Lobby Oversight — Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Record Keeping — Maintain logs, reports, and daily shift documentation.
