About the JobWe are excited to announce that Raine is hiring a highly motivated Sr. Analyst / Associate with a demonstrated track record to join its Private Capital Markets (PCM) team. This new team member will be an integral part of Raine’s merchant banking platform and will work closely with Raine’s corporate clients and portfolio companies to develop, structure, and implement innovative and customized financing solutions to meet their capital needs and strategic objectives. A successful candidate will be process oriented and focused on driving results.Raine PCM is deeply integrated across both the advisory and principal investing businesses of Raine on a global basis. The team provides many traditional investment banking experiences (managing client relationships and working with them to develop strategic and tactical financing plans), while navigating the ever-changing global capital markets. Raine is comprised of many industry-focused experts, which work closely with Raine PCM to provide relevant market insight, product creativity, and execution expertise to corporate clients and portfolio companies. These solutions include private and public equity and equity-linked securities; secondary share sales and repurchases; and other customized financing packages. When clients need capital, Raine PCM responds with market judgments and ingenuity. Whether executing an equity private placement, a debt offering or a sale of a control equity stake, Raine PCM integrates Raine’s product and industry expertise to provide a roadmap of alternatives, offering clients seamless advice and sophisticated solutions.Raine PCM helps to originate, structure, and execute public and private placement of equity and debt products. The group provides fresh ideas directly to C-suite decision makers, earning the role as trusted advisor at the most important times in a company’s lifecycle.Raine’s NY office is looking for a highly motivated Sr Analyst / Associate to join Raine PCM.Requirements include:2 years of experience in Investment Banking or Global Capital Markets.Bachelor’s degree required.Series licensing or must obtain.You are / have / can:An ability to manage multiple projects with an extraordinary level of attention-to-detail, and interest in solving complex problems through experience and market-based expertise;Provide complicated financial analysis, and develop appropriate corporate finance solutions;A high level of motivation and commitment to working hard, along with a deep intellectual curiosity;A team-first attitude with a desire to develop junior team members;Strong written and verbal communication skills;Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines;Interested in developing a career in Capital Markets; A passion for Media, Entertainment, Music and/or Technology.Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000Raine is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
