Role Description
This part-time, on-site role of Youth Program Coordinator at Rainbow Village is based in Duluth, GA. The coordinator will plan, implement, and oversee developmentally appropriate youth programs. They will provide mentorship, support, and guidance to participating youth, ensuring enriching and engaging experiences. Responsibilities include organizing program schedules, supervising youth activities, and collaborating with staff to create impactful youth development plans. Qualifications
- Experience with Youth Programs and Youth Development, including designing and implementing activities for children and teens.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with youth, families, and team members.
- Proficient in Program Management and Youth Mentoring to support and guide young participants successfully.
- Demonstrated passion for community service and working with underserved populations.
- Ability to fulfill tasks in a part-time, on-site role in Duluth, GA.
- Relevant experience or certification in youth development or education is a plus.
