About The Role

Join our dynamic team at Rainbow International Of Cincinnati as a General Labor Mitigation/Demolition specialist! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in restoring properties and ensuring safety after damage, all while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the demolition and mitigation of properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage.
• Safely operate tools and equipment to carry out demolition tasks.
• Prepare sites for restoration by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Communicate with supervisors about project progress and any issues encountered.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in demolition or construction is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
