We are hiring a dependable, organized Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to support our restoration office, customers, project coordinators, and project managers. Salary Range - $23–$28/hr Overtime
Compensation is based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
· Live within commuting distance of Alsip, IL
· Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, office administration, scheduling, restoration office support, or a similar administrative role
· Strong phone communication skills and ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful with customers
· Ability to accurately document customer information and follow established processes
· Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
· Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and basic office software
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
· Willing to participate in a predictable on-call rotation 1 week per month, including weekend coverage
· Candidates with experience in customer service, office administration, dispatch, scheduling, restoration, insurance, property management, or service-based businesses are encouraged to apply. Strong backgrounds include roles such as Customer Service Representative, Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Dispatcher, Scheduling Coordinator, Front Desk Coordinator, Service Coordinator, or Office Coordinator.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
· Answer phones and handle incoming calls using Rainbow call scripts
· Provide professional front-office support when working in the office
· Schedule inspections for project managers
· Prepare production paperwork for the following day
· Complete internal office documentation accurately and on time
· Maintain communication with project coordinators, and project managers
· Support after-hours and weekend customer communication during the assigned on-call week
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
