Join the team at Rainbow Playschool, a four-star, state-accredited, community-owned nonprofit child care center in Woodstock, Vermont! For more than 40 years, we've provided a nurturing, outdoor play-based learning environment where children grow through exploration, creativity, and connection with nature.
We're currently hiring Lead Teachers to join our supportive and mission-driven team.
Location: Woodstock, VT (In Person)
Starting Pay: $23/hour
Positions Available:
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday | Day shifts
- No nights or weekends
About the Role
Whether you're an experienced early childhood educator or looking to begin your career in child care, you'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping children learn, grow, and thrive. Qualifications
- Meet Vermont Child Care Licensing requirements for a Teacher Associate or be eligible to obtain Teacher Associate status.
- Experience working with young children is preferred.

- Commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and play-based learning environment.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
