POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Special Education Preschool Teacher is responsible for providing specialized, developmentally appropriate instruction and behavioral support to young children with a wide range of learning, mental, emotional, sensory, and physical disabilities. The primary goal is to close developmental gaps and prepare students for a successful transition into kindergarten. This role involves managing a caseload, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborating extensively with families and specialists.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
A valid New Hampshire Teacher's Certificate- Early Childhood Certification and/or Special Education Certification Required
