PURCHASING AGENT
We are looking to hire candidates in our Purchasing department. Candidates will be responsible for identifying suppliers, researching goods and services, and processing purchase orders,. They will work closely with the Production Manager and the Shipping/Receiving Manager while researching and comparing suppliers, goods, and services. Candidates will select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost efficiency, while building and maintaining positive, long term supplier relations with vendors. Purchasing experience desirable. Willing to train qualified candidate. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel required.
