What are the responsibilities and job description for the Embroiderer position at Rainbow Lettering?
Duties consist of, but not limited to the following:
Set machine for trouble shooting for threading by using tension controls and hoops to assure proper alignment and quality.
Observed operations and machines to assure that thread supply was sufficient to fill order.
Program the correct color sequence according to the ticket specifications.
Inspect logos to surpass quality standards
Make sure orders are completed according to due dates to ensure production timeframes.
Additional training and experience in Peak Stitching, Packing, and Cap Machine.
Know what garments need to go first by looking at the schedule or box
Follow directions from supervisor
Be able to learn the different computers that go along with embroidering a garment
Experience preferred but willing to train a qualified candidate.
