REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS LEAD

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Real Estate Acquisitions & Operations Lead is a collaborative leadership role positioned at the center of the firm’s growth and investment activities. This individual will work in close coordination with senior leadership, contributing to acquisitions strategy, transaction execution, and operational performance.
This role operates within a high-performance, team-oriented environment where accountability, communication, and alignment are critical. The selected candidate will be expected to contribute at a high level immediately while developing the capacity to assume expanded leadership responsibility over time.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform on-site property evaluations across the Camden–Cherry Hill market
- Document property condition, renovation scope, and value-add opportunities
- Develop localized expertise in pricing trends, inventory movement, and market dynamics
- Coordinate with property management, contractors, and vendors to support post-acquisition execution
- Oversee maintenance scheduling and operational workflows
- Ensure accuracy of property-level data, including listings and insurance tracking
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Contribute to decision-making through analysis, reporting, and field intelligence
- Support the development of scalable systems and processes
- Collaborate across functions to align execution with organizational goals
- 1/2 hours in person every day. Visiting job sites. Taking pictures. Talking with contractors.
- Assisting with delivery of special home related materials
- Coordinating bulk purchases and delivery/pickups through Home Depot
EXPERIENCE METRICS
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows or pipelines simultaneously
- Experience in performance-driven environments (e.g., sales, operations, or project management)
- Evidence of consistent goal attainment, including quotas, deadlines, or deliverables
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, execution-focused settings
- Track record of initiative, ownership, and accountability
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate independently while maintaining team alignment
- Willingness to work in a hybrid field and office environment
- Bilingual proficiency
- Experience with real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or property management
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, and real estate platforms (e.g., Zillow)
- Exposure to renovation, construction coordination, or value-add strategies
