Junior Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
Summary:
The Junior Operations Assistant (JOA) provides part-time operational support across the firm’s core functions, including corporate administration, property management, leasing, and construction. This role assists with routine tasks, field support, and basic administrative activities to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The JOA works under direct supervision and contributes to maintaining organized, well-run properties and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)
- Run business-related errands (pick up supplies, post notices, etc.)
- Enter and update data in spreadsheets and internal systems
- Perform basic research (vendors, pricing, comparable properties)
- Help manage office supplies and reorder as needed
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings or presentations

- Special projects as directed
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Basic communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone and computer for simple tasks
Schedule:
Part-time, flexible hours (after school, weekends, and school breaks)
