Junior Marketing Assistant

Summary:
The Junior Marketing Assistant (JMA) provides part-time support focused on the firm’s marketing initiatives across property management, leasing, and development projects. This role assists with the execution of marketing campaigns, content coordination, and promotional activities while supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the marketing function. The JMA works under direct supervision and plays a key role in helping ensure that properties and projects are effectively marketed, well-positioned, and consistently presented to the market.

Responsibilities:

• Help create and schedule content for social media and email campaigns
• Support the development of marketing materials (presentations, flyers, etc.)
• Assist with event planning (logistics, on-site support)
• Perform basic administrative tasks (filing, scanning)
• Enter and update data in spreadsheets and internal systems
• Perform basic research (vendors, pricing, comparable properties)
• Enter and update data in spreadsheets and internal systems
• Special projects as directed 

Requirements:

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Basic communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using a smartphone and computer for simple tasks

Schedule:
Part-time, flexible hours (after school, weekends, and school breaks)
