About the Role:
We’re searching for someone who thrives in a client-facing position, takes pride in providing excellent service, and is excited to support our legal team. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors—making professionalism and compassion essential.
Primary Duties:
- Handle a multi-line phone system for incoming calls
- Greet clients and staff with professionalism and courtesy
- Organize and send outgoing mail
- Assist the legal team with various administrative tasks
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk and lobby area
- Additional responsibilities may be added as your role develops
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and attire are required every day
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Available Shifts:
- Monday through Friday
