What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting paralegal position at Rafi Law Group?
Rafi Law Group currently has a position available in the Settlement Distribution department.
Accounting Paralegals provide support for Attorneys, Clients and Colleagues. This position is responsible for handling personal injury matters after the settlement phase.
All candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the personal injury field and must be familiar with liens, subrogation regulations and trust account disbursement.
Successful candidate attributes:
- Effectively communicate with medical providers, insurance adjusters and clients (negotiation skills is a plus)
- Keen attention to detail when identifying and satisfying lien/subrogation matters.
- Diligently and persistently execute tasks assigned by Attorneys.
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload and prioritize tasks.
- Aggressive, tireless, enthusiastic, “Get it done” attitude.
- Have a true passion for serving injured clients.
- Excellent team-player skills.
- Professional appearance.
Qualifications:
- Personal injury Paralegal/Case Manager Expeience
- Ability to prioritize while handling a high case count
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
