Job Summary

Radwell International LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations by analyzing picked inventory and determining the appropriate destination for each item. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize product flow from the warehouse to either shipping or production to support operational efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze picked inventory and determine proper routing to shipping or production based on item condition, unit price, and overall quality
• Optimize and drive the flow of products from the warehouse to the appropriate end destination
• Ensure timely and accurate consolidation and fulfillment of pick tickets and inventory movements outside of the AutoStore system
• Support accurate inventory handling and documentation
• Assist the Warehouse Operations Supervisor with higher-level tasks as assigned
• Mentor and train new team members as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Computer literate with basic system navigation skills
• Some technical aptitude preferred
  
  

Knowledge & Skills

• Radwell product proficiency (or ability to quickly learn)
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Frequent walking, including walking on open, raised catwalks
• Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion
• Repeated lifting up to 10 lbs, frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs
  
  

Compensation & Commission

• The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $18.00/hr.
• Within the base pay scale, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
• Eligible for commission after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
• Performance-based incentives tied to accuracy and productivity.
